SB 75 seeks to reform Missouri's existing concealed carry permit process. Currently, the Missouri Department of Revenue is responsible for issuing concealed carry endorsements, but after recently betraying the trust of the people ofMissouri, legislators have demanded the permitting process be transferred to county sheriffs.
